The Interior Paint Package includes a comprehensive 1 to 1½ hour onsite consultation. During this time, we will discuss your vision for the space and the colour scheme that works best for your home. You will be provided with A4 colour samples to help with the decision-making process. Once the colour scheme is finalised, a paint schedule will be created for your painter that outlines exactly which paint colours should be used for the internal walls, trims, doors, ceilings, any feature walls and any other spaces. Additionally, as your colour consultant, I will be available to answer any additional questions that arise from the painter. With this package, you can rest assured that the colours selected will compliment and elevate your home.

It is important to consider the layout of your kitchen, as well as the materials that will be used in the cabinetry design. This package includes a comprehensive design and documentation process, taking into consideration not only form and function, but how to best maximise space, workflow, design and budget. 3D visual walkthroughs are included and a great way to see and get a feel for your new space with your selected finishes prior to construction. I will put together and layer up cabinetry colours, flooring finishes, benchtop options, splash back options, handles etc. to ensure everything works cohesively. Dimensioned drawings and additional information will be provided to the cabinet maker with the selected finishes for accurate quoting. With the Custom Kitchen Package, the end result will be a truly unique and beautiful kitchen that is sure to be enjoyed for years to come.

The Exterior Paint Package is designed to help you select the perfect colour scheme for your home that will enhance your street appeal. This package includes a 1 to 2 hour onsite consultation, A4 colour samples and the option of two to three colour schemes for you to choose from. You will be provided with a digitally photoshopped render of your front facade with the colour scheme you’ve chosen, so you can get a better idea of how the final result will look. Once selections have been finalised, a paint schedule will be created for your painter, which will include details of all the exterior components of your home that require painting. My pre-start selections package is ideal for those building a new home. The package includes an initial consultation where we will discuss your design vision, layout, budget and next steps. I will review your house plans and provide additional design advice / considerations as required and may suggest any additional changes or tweaks to maximise design flow prior to building commencing. I will work through the builders’ provision for standard items and assist with exterior finish selections such as colour scheme, stone and tile selections. This can also include one photoshopped exterior elevation if required. I can assist with lighting plan reviews and provide feature light mood boards, suggestions, quotes and orders. I can review or assist with selections around flooring including providing samples of the chosen floor type. A 2-hour shopping trip is included for either tile or plumbing selections. If additional time or shopping trips are required, this will be charged at an hourly rate. Finally, I will provide builders schedules, including interior and exterior paint schedules, plumbing, tile and appliance schedule as well as electrical and lighting schedules to assist with a smooth and stress-free selections process.

This package is designed for those wanting a custom piece of cabinetry such as bathroom vanities, entertainment units, wardrobe fit outs and other specialty designed furniture (kitchens are not included in this package).  The package cost is priced per area / piece.   It includes design and documentation, 3D visual walkthroughs with selected finishes and dimensioned drawings for the cabinet maker / builder to quote accurately.  I will work closely with you to ensure that the cabinetry meets your expectations and desired aesthetic. The 3D visuals allows you to gain a better understanding of what your cabinetry will look like when it is completed. The finish selection and presentation will be tailored to the client's style, choice and budget.
